RRP-REALTORS ® RETIREMENT PLAN

The top 2 reasons REALTORS® get into Real Estate are freedom and money. The problem is that the freedom prohibits REALTORS® from looking after their money. Traditionally REALTORS® do not save for taxes or retirement. At Coldwell Banker we developed a plan to try and help. This program is:

  1. 100% optional

  2. No one at Coldwell Banker benefits nor does the company benefit financially or otherwise by this program

  3. The administration costs of running this program are paid for by Coldwell Banker Executives Realty

RRP-REALTORS® RETIREMENT PLAN

OPTIONS:

  1. You may use any financial advisor you choose including Kaylan Martin (See below).

  2. You may increase the company portion of your compensation plan by any amount of at least 10%. For example you can change the 80/20 split plan to a 70/30 split plan. The extra 10% is sent to your advisor for your investment in your future.  You may change the 100% plan by increasing your monthly fee by at least 10%. The extra is sent to your advisor for your investment in your future.

  3. !00% of whatever increased fee you choose will be sent to your chosen investment advisor quarterly. 

  4. Your investment advisor will keep you abreast of your investment account.

  5. If you leave the company 100% of your investments go with you.

She holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and offers comprehensive financial planning and investment services, including RRSPs, RESPs, TFSAs, and pension planning.
