1. Our #1 focus is to keep your fees down. In 2018 we turned our company upside down eliminating services that REALTORS® were no longer using and improving support and services that REALTORS® needed more than ever in history. Then we cut our fees in half. 

2. Unlike purely cloud based models we believe in a having a presence in the communities we serve. The days of the big expensive Real Estate offices are long gone. However, a REALTOR®  needs a professional space with hi end technology to work or take their buyers and sellers to,  that is better than Starbucks or Timmie's. We call them signing offices. 

3. More than ever before in history, REALTORS® need training and support to stay our of "Real Estate Jail". Our REALTORS® have access to a lawyer at any time and there are lawyers at each one of our training meetings. Imagine being at an office where you had access to 3 brokers with almost 80 years of combined experience and access to a lawyer when you needed them all for a fee structure that was less than every Brokerage out there.
